Pilates Transformations is a private space where men and women of all ages and stages of fitness can explore the Pilates work. The studio is equipped with a full range of the Pilates apparatus including Reformers, the Trapeze table, chairs and barrels. The benefit of Pilates movement not only gives you a strong core, but a balanced body. Joseph Pilates believed his work equipped you for vitality in every day life, rather than being sport specific. Clients report this whole body movement frees them from pain and old patterns of tension. Many clients love the customized one on one session while others prefer the company of duos or trios.
Jana Logan has a degree in Physical Therapy and is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher. She has trained and been mentored by masters in the Pilates community. She has a passion for wellness and helping people move in an embodied and intelligent way. She has been working with bodies in motion since 1990 and has a broad range of skills and experience to train individuals from 18-80. All are welcome!
